I know, I know... I have not been updating my blog for sometime now.. But today, update aku bersebab.. Reason? Nak update blog pon kena ada reason ka?.. Ok, ok, and the reason is?..
Masa aku tengah dinner kat KL Sentral tadi, kat Warongkita to be exact, I saw one couple tu.. Aku sangat lah teruja bila aku tengok second time to confirm... They were the famous blogger couple, Kak Teh & her beloved Awang Goneng, the author of GUIT (growing up in terengganu)!
Ah, excitednya aku.. So aku berkira - kira nak menegur.. Well, they live in London and bukan selalu diarong balik Malaysia kan.. Dalam dok berkira kira tu, my friends ajak balik ofis.. So aku bangun and walk towards the entrance/exit.. Then, without me thinking.. (sumpah aku tak pikir langsung yang I would just serbu camtu..)
"Kak Teh, I read your blog like every day and I like it a lot..." She was smiling and a bit malu I guess having a stranger tegur her like that.. And all I remember after that was that I abandoned my friends and was sitting with them chatting.. (noty kan?)
They are so cool ok.. Tak sombong langsung having a stranger who only know them via the internet sitting down and chatting with them.. It's like I have known them all my life camtu.. They are so warm and welcome me with open heart.. Aku rasa kalau orang lain la, dah sah the conversation will be very very brief..
We talked about blogs, about some of the blogger and about some other stuff.. Baru first time jumpa tapi rasa macam dah lama kenai.. and nak jadik cerita, they know my brother's friend and Awang Goneng is staying just a few houses away from my house while in KL..
Balik tu lam keta I told hubby aku jumpak Awang Goneng & Kak Teh and all he said to me was that aku sewel pi serbu orang camtu.. well I know for sure he wouldn't do what I did..
Kak Teh & Awang Goneng, I'm not that good of a writer, tapi from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for the warm welcome, for letting me introduce myself, for being so cool (you let me disturb your dinner and I'm sorry again)... and oh, thanks for the air limau ais too!
The pleasure meeting you both will always be mine and I'm sincerely hoping that you both would have some time to accept my invitation for dinner or lunch in Hilton KL..
Regretfully, due to my excitement yang terover dos, I forgot to snap a picture with them, but anyhow, I still have something to cherish the moment... (Sori Kak Teh, kena padam la details lain tu, satgi banyak pulak secret admirer dok call.. hehehe..)
I didn't have GUIT for him to sign and I takde langsung paper what so ever nak bagi.. So, last last aku kasik my namecard, boleh??? How can I let go the opportunity of Mr Awang Goneng and Kak Teh signing for me kan?? So this is it...! and I told Kak Teh tonight lepas balik keja, aku nak tangkap gambar namecard aku and post it in my blog... Now I can say "hey, I know them too!"
